missingWrote a review on 16 Octcozy bedsextensive breakfastquality linensnoisy environment
The room itself had a cozy atmosphere, with comfy beds and quality linens that made for a decent night's sleep. Breakfast options were notably extensive, providing a variety of choices to kickstart the day.
Parking felt like a money grab with additional charges despite the room rate I paid, which rubbed me the wrong way. There was a frustrating noise disturbance from the commotion outside my room, impacting my overall comfort. To top it off, the air conditioning didn't work properly, leaving me to deal with a chilly environment that I couldn’t adjust. Navigating the layout of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, especially when searching for amenities.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the porridge and cooked options. The room was pristine and cozy, and it was such a nice touch to find Pepsi Max and KitKats waiting for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Consider requesting a room away from the main road for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

I had a fantastic time visiting with friends! We explored Lydiard House and Park, which was such a peaceful escape. The hotel staff were really helpful, and it was nice to have varied breakfast options. Just be aware that the heating in some rooms can be tricky, especially in cooler months!
One issue we encountered was related to the food quality. The options for meals were lacking, and it took away from our experience. We hoped for better meals during our stay.

Awesome upgrade and comfy stay!
Got upgraded to a sweet exec room for free since my booked one was taken—nice surprise! The room was super clean and felt really modern. Enjoyed chilling at the comfy bar area after a long day out. Only downside was the roadworks nearby, which made getting around a lil annoying.

The Standard Double Room offered excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night amidst any nearby activity. The layout provided ample space, making it easy to move around and store belongings, which is a perk for couples needing a bit of room.
The car park felt severely lacking in security, and I often found the disabled spaces occupied by those without badges, which was frustrating. The bathroom needed attention. I reported scalding hot water from the shower, which is something I wouldn’t expect at any hotel. A bit of mould in the corners. Dining options were underwhelming, especially when the restaurant closed and bar food took its place—expensive and not so tasty. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special, with some items, like the orange juice, tasting off, which seemed to be a common complaint among guests. Other than these, constant knocking on the door from maintenance was disruptive, making for an awkward one-night stay.
